Canada - Rigger and Signal Person - Intermediate - Trainer Certification (SP266)


Description
This is a Canada-compliant, I-CAB recognized safety training course intended for riggers and signalers. Topics covered in this training include definitions, sling types, hardware, lifting devices, weight, angles and stresses, sling hitches, center of gravity, and communication. This course meets the classroom requirement for occupational safety training. It also includes a proficiency checklist that employers can use to perform a practical evaluation. Upon completion, trainees will be able to download and print a certificate or wallet card to show that they have completed Canada Rigger and Signalperson - Intermediate Train the Trainer training.

NOTE: Once you have completed the trainer certification module, you are certified for life as a trainer. It is your responsibility to ensure you are periodically re-certified for the courses you teach.
