This is a Canada-compliant, I-CAB recognized safety training course intended for anyone in a maritime situation where they will need to understand first aid procedures. Topics covered in this training include
CPR, AED, first aid, evacuation, and conclusion. This course meets the classroom requirement for occupational safety training. It also includes a proficiency checklist that employers can use to perform a practical evaluation. Upon completion, trainees will be able to download and print a certificate or wallet card to show that they have completed Canada Maritime First Aid Train the Trainer training.

NOTE: Once you have completed the trainer certification module, you are certified for life as a trainer. It is your responsibility to ensure you are periodically re-certified for the courses you teach.
